We all want to feel sensuous, pleasurable and happily ever after, but sometimes we don’t. We feel pain, numbness, or lack of lust and aliveness. Even if we do want all that, we don’t know how to get there. In this course we’ll learn exercises from a somatic sex education perspective that help to (re)start feeling, exploring and noticing what makes our bodies turn on. We also learn techniques to release pain and/or numbness in our genitals so that they will be able to feel more pleasure (again).
